A roll-call vote recorded Aye from Marzec, Pocic, Gray, Antonopoulos and Korte; there were no Nay votes and the president declared the motion carried.
The personnel listing in the consent agenda identified the item as a non‑certified dismissal: "Cassandra Vasquez, paraeducator, effective January 26, 2026." The board did not record public comment on the item at the meeting.
The board adjourned the special meeting at 4:32 p.m.
