Lemont Twp HSD 210 board accepts FY2025 audit, renews insurance and approves 2025 tax levy

The Lemont Township High School District 210 Board of Education on Dec. 15 unanimously accepted the district’s FY2025 audit and approved a property and casualty insurance renewal and the district’s 2025 tax levy. The consent agenda, which included bills totaling $308,529.07 and payroll runs of $682,103.82 and $675,860.74 among others, passed on a 7–0 roll call.
Auditor Ryan Kuta of Lauterbach & Amen presented the FY2025 Annual Financial Report and highlighted key sections of the AFR for the board. Chief School Business Official Ken Parchem reviewed financial reports as of Nov. 30, 2025, and previewed the property and casualty insurance renewal before members voted. Member Gray moved to approve the Tax Levy Resolution (Action #25-53); Member Antonopoulos seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board also approved a Resolution Regarding Tax Extension Application under Tax Cap legislation (Action #25-54) by the same 7–0 vote.
The approvals mean the district will file the 2025 levy in Cook and DuPage Counties and proceed with the financial actions recommended by administration. No dissenting votes were recorded on the listed finance items.
