The consent action also included destruction of a closed session recording from June 11, 2024 and a semi‑annual review concluding that closed session minutes from May 29, 2025 and Aug. 12, 2025 no longer need to remain confidential.
Mr. Lasko moved and Ms. Hirsh seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda; the roll call vote was recorded as AYES: Butler, Fink, Fishman, Hirsh, Itkin, Kessler, Lasko.
