Board enters closed session and approves two staff resignations

The personnel motion was moved by Mrs. McPhillips and seconded by Mrs. Theodore; the minutes record unanimous "YEA" votes from the six members present and the motion passed. The minutes record the resignations and vote but do not include reasons or effective dates for the resignations.
