The Norridge School District 80 Board held a special meeting Aug. 19 and approved a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the Norridge Education Association of Teachers covering 2025–2028, along with a memorandum of agreement related to teacher retirement.
The board also confirmed administrative appointments for the 2025–26 school year: the minutes list approvals of Sean Rabiola as Leigh School principal; Bob Biedke as Giles School principal; Kimberly Devore as Director of Fiscal Services/Chief School Business Official; John Jobe as Director of Technology; Peter Masters as Director of Student Services; Derek Sellers as Supervisor of Buildings, Grounds and Maintenance; Joseph Koletsos as Coordinator of Student Services; and Alyssa Gulo as Giles School assistant principal. A single motion was moved by Mrs. Theodore and seconded by Mrs. Lala and passed with all members present voting yea.
The minutes record the approvals but do not include the CBA’s economic terms or the memorandum’s details; those documents are maintained in the district’s official records.
