Board approves employee-benefits account and raises administrative substitute pay
Summary

Superintendent Ryan Swan told the board a new bank account is needed to hold employee benefits; the board approved opening the account at Peoples National Bank by roll call. The motion was made by Brian Blok and seconded by Matt Reynolds and passed unanimously.
Separately, the board approved an increase in administrative substitute pay from $50 per day to $75 per day and increased director substitute pay from an extra $5 per hour to $6 per hour. The motion to raise substitute pay was made by Sierra Daniels and seconded by Matt Flanigan; roll call recorded unanimous approval.
