Superintendent Dr. Plourde reported a midyear total enrollment of 1,463 students, with 1,428 attending on campus, during the Board of Education's Jan. 7 meeting. He also noted that the district's Support Staff Seniority List has been posted and that FOIA and month-to-month administrative matters were on staff radar.
Dr. Plourde said the district is initiating a strategic-planning process with RG Consulting and will hold a two-day workshop on March 6 and 7 to review and revise the district mission, vision and core values; attendance is by invitation. The superintendent also recounted recent school visits and listening sessions on the GPTW survey results.
