The consent approval also included the second reading and adoption of Policy 5:30 and Administrative Procedure 5:30 AP-3 with district edits. Finance and personnel committee schedules were announced and Ms. Gutierrez reported that "the audit is done and Lindop AFR (Annual Financial Report) score is 3.55 out of 4.0," signaling no outstanding audit issues noted in open session. The Finance Committee plans to prepare for Summer School funding and staffing ahead of the next meetings.
