Member Kimberly Chalmers moved to approve Action Item 26-36 and Member LaKeya Webb seconded; the motion carried but the roll-call vote shows a split: AYE — Chalmers, Webb, Armstrong, Richardson; Abstain — Myles, Pollard; NAY — Dean Barnett.
