Board OKs Grow & Shine speech-therapy contract and conference attendance

The board also approved travel for board members and staff to attend the Triple 'I' conference in Chicago (Nov. 20–22, 2026) and the CABSE conference in Napa, Calif. (July 12–15, 2026). Those approvals were recorded as Action Items 26-25 and 26-26 and carried on roll-call votes among members present.
