After closed session, District 23 approves superintendent annuity contribution, administrator contract; board member announces April departure

The board then approved the employment contract for Mrs. Amy McPartlin, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations, as presented. That motion passed by recorded roll call (Yea 7). The minutes indicate these actions followed closed-session evaluation and goal-setting discussions for the superintendent and standard contract procedures for administrators.
Separately, during new business Board Member Brian Greidanus announced he will leave the board effective April 8, 2026. The board scheduled a special meeting for March 16 to interview candidates for the vacancy. Members indicated the March meeting will focus on candidate interviews and selection process steps.
