Board reviews life-safety bond options after $20+ million of repairs identified

He also said the consulting firm Wold knows the specifics of what would be repaired and that more detail can be shared in future board materials.
Board members asked clarifying questions about useful life and repayment timelines; Mr. Eichhorn said many projects are expected to last about 30 years though items such as roofing and asphalt may need attention earlier. The discussion was informational; no bond authorization or ballot question was approved at the meeting.
