He said a representative from Raymond James will appear before the board in September to present bond and other funding options for potential site and safety improvements. The superintendent told the board the fiscal year 2026 budget has been updated and will be brought forward for action at the Sept. 9 meeting.
Board President Deanna Zalas and administrators praised Aramark for work preparing the school for reopening, and the board packet shows the district will schedule a Policy Advisory Council meeting to review IASB PRESS Plus Policy 119 and return recommended edits to the board at a later date.
