Robert Kastner, speaking as the representative of the River Trails Education Association, told the board the teachers' association values its working relationship with the board and administration and described the negotiations process as moving ahead with fewer outstanding issues.
"The RTEA is pleased with how the negotiations process is moving forward and the list of interests has dwindled," Kastner said. The remarks were delivered during the meeting's public-comments portion and elicited no formal board action during the session.
