As part of consent items, the district approved hiring an accounting firm to submit a Federal Form 990-T for geothermal work on the PreK project; the district anticipates a $375,000 rebate for the geothermal portion and expects the firm fee to be about $20,000–$25,000.
Board Clerk/Finance discussion noted that the tentative budget reflects anticipated revenues and expenditures but is not final; the superintendent said the Regular Budget may change before final board approval next month. The consent agenda, including the contracting authorization for rebate submission and personnel items, passed with a 7-0 vote.
