Board members returned to open session at 8:30 p.m. after a motion by Tracey Morrissey, seconded by Mari-Lynn Peters, to close the executive session. The board then approved a motion to adjourn at 8:31 p.m.; each of those procedural motions passed on recorded 6-0 votes with Mr. Greidanus listed as absent.
The meeting minutes list present members as President Rebecca McClaney, Vice-President Dr. Spencer Long, Secretary Carol Botwinski, Tracey Morrissey, Brynn Nordmark and Mari-Lynn Peters, and note that Dr. Don Angelaccio was also present.
