"A motion that the Board of Education approve the bills and claims in the amount of $1,103,797.40 and payrolls in the amount of $1,108,755.88 and authorize payment," was made by Gina Sanchez and seconded by Rose Marie Ortiz; the motion carried with all members present voting aye. The board did not record additional discussion on funding sources in the minutes.
