Curriculum Director Matt Swick replied March 17 that “the district has not yet received a final, signed contract,” and a follow-up on April 20 still reflected that no signed contract was available to release. The exchange at the board meeting made clear two points: a parent publicly raised concern about the bus arrangement, and the administrative record supplied through FOIA correspondence indicated the district had not yet received and filed a final, signed contract as of the April follow-up.
