The Wilmington Community Unit School District 209‑U Board of Education approved its consent agenda at the Dec. 8, 2025 meeting, carrying motions to ratify district bills and payroll and to accept a slate of personnel recommendations.
Superintendent Kevin Feeney noted the board ratified AP checks numbered 81627–81715 and wires 8000328–8000329 for November–December accounts payable totaling $1,044,006.68, and ratified November 28, 2025 payroll for $343,656.43. The board also authorized upcoming payrolls for Dec. 15 and Dec. 31, 2025. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Dziuban and seconded by Southall and carried on roll call (Alberico absent).
