Board reviews FY26 administrative compensation report; will post FY25 salary report to comply with ISBE
Summary
District staff presented the FY26 Administrative Compensation Report and the board approved the FY25 Administrator and Teacher Salary and Benefits Report for posting to the district website as required by ISBE.
Steven Smidl presented the FY26 Administrative Compensation Report, noting the district's yearly requirement to submit salary and position data to ISBE's Employee Information System (EIS). He reminded the board that after approval the district must post the report to the website before the September 30 deadline.
Later in the meeting the board approved the Administrator and Teacher Salary and Benefits Report for FY25 by roll call. Staff indicated they will post the approved report to meet ISBE reporting requirements.
