Dr. Beverlin handed out a list of designated funds, capital assets with installation dates and remaining useful life for committee review. She also provided a document with potential projects to add to the facility plan and asked members to bring additional project proposals to the next facilities meeting.
Buck suggested conducting an energy audit; Dr. Beverlin said one had been done in the past and agreed it was a good idea to consider again. Committee members agreed that design-build is a good procurement option for upcoming projects. No procurement decisions were finalized at the meeting.
