The Winfield School District 34 Board of Education voted to approve a five-year HVAC service agreement with Trane for $349,341 covering Winfield Primary and Winfield Central. The motion, made by Matt Tibble and seconded by Heather Armstrong, passed on a roll-call vote with all seven members voting 'Yea.'
District staff said the contract will provide ongoing maintenance for the HVAC systems at both buildings; board members framed the contract as part of routine facilities lifecycle and risk management work and approved the recommendation without amendment.
