Commissioner Jason Maxey asked staff whether this was a second extension; staff confirmed it was the second and said the reasons mirrored the prior request. Maxey moved to approve the extension; the board seconded the motion and approved it by voice vote. The extension was recorded with staff support and will give the applicants more time to meet district requirements.
