The board approved appointments to the Measure A (parcel tax) oversight committee and the combined facilities bond oversight committee (Measure I and the recently issued Measure AS). Staff reported one parcel‑tax member completed three terms and several members are returning; new appointees to the oversight committees were introduced by staff and confirmed by the board vote.
Staff explained the oversight committees’ three core responsibilities: inform the public on expenditures, review that expenditures align with ballot purposes, and deliver an annual report to the board. Staff said community members interested in serving should contact the business office and complete a short application. Trustees thanked outgoing volunteers for their service.
