Chair Speaker 1 instructed the resident to stay in regular contact with the inspector (identified in the record as Mr. Alexander) during the extension so staff could monitor progress. The board’s action places the administrative penalty on hold until the December meeting and expects the owner to coordinate with code enforcement about completion.
