The board named Nicole Emery and Andrew Goulet as delegates to the Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) Delegate Assembly on Oct. 23, 2025, with Jennifer Baker named as alternate. That appointment was reported under Board Reports and recorded in the meeting minutes.
The superintendent's report recognized Eugene Osieczonek, who has officially retired after more than 50 years working for the district. The meeting record also notes that the district's Apptegy communications application has been released and that district leaders met with Chartwells Director Steve Bellante to discuss expectations for the school-year food service contract.
These items were presented as reports and recognitions; no separate board motions or votes were recorded on these announcements at the Aug. 25 meeting.
