The motion was made by Shannon Hummel and supported by Keven Krieger; a roll call vote recorded ayes from all seven members (Baker, Boni, Foss, Hummel, Krieger, Lamborne, Lien) and no nays or absences. The regular session was dismissed to closed session at 6:52 p.m.
The board reconvened its regular session at 7:50 p.m. and then immediately approved a motion to adjourn, moved by Shannon Hummel and supported by Jennifer Lien. The meeting was adjourned at 7:51 p.m.
