Superintendent Erfourth presented District Impact Team work (on behalf of Trustee Matt Smith) on the district's Strategic Plan, saying the team has refined four problem statements and discussed strategies aimed at communication, ELA, math and attendance. The DIT plans to present materials to the board later this winter.
Team leads reported several parallel efforts: a literacy walkthrough tool and Tier 2 literacy planning, an ISSN staff survey to map restorative practices, an elementary pilot of Math Expressions and a planned i‑Ready Math pilot with an April recommendation, and Technology Team work on a proposed elective and online course offerings.
