District Impact Team refines strategic plan, focuses on instructional walkthroughs

Trustees were told the team plans to finalize vision, mission and focus goals with external facilitators and prepare a draft strategic plan for an upcoming board presentation.
Staff listed follow-up items including creating a walkthrough-evaluation tool, scheduling weekly or biweekly peer walkthroughs for targeted coaching, and planned next steps for finalizing the strategic-plan draft.
