The motion to appoint Marsh was moved by Jake Zdunic, supported by Katie Rice and approved by roll call: AYES: All (6); NAYS: None (0). The meeting minutes record that the appointment followed interviews of three candidates posted for the vacancy.
Darrick Huff, Board President, opened the special meeting at 7:00 p.m. and the board completed roll call with six members present, establishing quorum. The board recorded the appointment as an official resolution and adopted the motion during the votes and resolutions portion of the agenda.
The board noted no public comments were received on the vacancy. Future regular meetings were scheduled for Feb. 9 and March 9, 2026 at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center (PAC).
