The consent package included meeting minutes (11/10/25 and 11/24/25), the financial report, the retirement of Mike Schubart, hires of Michelle Koons (RK secretary), Ed Nebo (boys volleyball) and Anthony Proctor (food service), and the resignation of Josh Chapman (JV baseball coach). The motion was moved by John Dennis and supported by Jake Zdunic, and the roll-call vote was recorded as AYES: All (5).
The minutes note Courtney Krupp is serving as a long-term substitute following Schubart’s retirement; no retirement benefits or effective dates beyond the meeting notation were recorded in the minutes.
