Anderson told the committee staff had compiled notes from those conversations and the committee requested to see the meeting notes and related information.
Anderson said those materials and any relevant recommendations will be presented at the committee's June meeting for further review. The minutes record that the committee specifically requested the meeting notes be provided to members in advance of that meeting.
