Member Jake Zdunic moved the resolution and Member Kasey Fiebernitz supported it. The minutes record the motion as: "Moved by member J. Zdunic and supported by member Fiebernitz that the Board of Education hereby resolved to appoint Katie Rice to the trustee position vacated by Cari Shephard." A roll call recorded AYES: All (6); NAYS: None (0). The motion was adopted. The board adjourned at 7:48 p.m.
