In board comments, Board President Christian Freshour thanked staff for their work over a difficult year and addressed transparency about the district's policy regarding certain convicted sex offenders on school grounds. He said parents are informed of the policy, that the district has a board policy guiding administration action, and that the individual must report to the administrator on arrival and leave immediately after the event. No public comment or questions were recorded regarding the policy in the minutes.
