Members present were Geoffrey Rose, Cheryl McCray, Valerie Bury, Aaron Wittorp, Dorreon Simmons Gaines, Veronica Aburto Cortes and Alan Smaka. The agenda on the meeting notice listed a start time of 5:00 p.m., though the minutes record that the meeting was called to order by the president at 3:00 p.m. (documented in the minutes). The meeting record shows no public comment was received during the call for public comment.
