Matthew Kelly of Plante Moran presented the audit and noted the firm—s assessment that the district—s financial statements were free of material misstatement.
Secretary Lori VonKoenig moved to accept the audit and the motion passed on a unanimous roll call vote. The board record shows the motion was supported by Vice President Jason Beckrow and votes were recorded in favor by Trustees Jessica Bigley, Bill Scaletta, Scott Allan, VonKoenig and President Rachel Wade. The minutes contain no adjustment amounts or audit findings requiring corrective action in this presentation.
