Gull Lake Community Schools’ board approved three separate facilities projects May 18: Ryan Intermediate carpet replacement to Trist Creek Flooring for $49,000 plus a 5% contingency totaling $51,450; Kellogg Elementary gym lighting to Buist Electric for $40,000 plus a 10% contingency totaling $44,000; and Richland Elementary air-conditioning to A-1 Refrigeration for $97,667 plus a 9% contingency totaling $106,457.
Superintendent Christopher Rundle presented the recommendations. Trustees approved each bid by voice vote; motions were moved and supported by members of the Facilities and Curriculum committees as recorded in the minutes. The totals include contingencies noted in the board packet.
