On June 15 the Board approved curriculum actions for the 2026-27 school year, including Course Catalogs for Middle School, High School, Gateway Academy and the Virtual Partnership, and material approvals for GLHS AP Statistics, GLMS Reading Lab (Read 180), GLMS 6-8 ELA Into Literature, and GLMS Health.
Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instructional Technology Drew Bordner presented the proposals and purchases on behalf of the Curriculum Committee. The Board also approved curriculum purchases totaling $389,118 for the coming year. Secretary Mini Paulose-Murphy moved the motions on behalf of the Curriculum Committee; each motion passed unanimously.
Bordner referenced a photograph in Superintendent Rundle—s office that bears the words "Trust, Respect, Empower, Communicate, Mentor, and Invest," a phrase he cited to describe Rundle—s approach to district work. The minutes do not include itemized vendor lists or per-line-item purchase allocations; interested parties should consult district procurement records for detailed purchase orders.
