The Dundee Community Schools Board of Education approved the district's 2024'25 financial audit during its Nov. 10 meeting after a presentation by Rehmann auditor Dan Clark. The motion to accept the audit was made by Carol Reaume and seconded by Keith Pilbeam; the vote was recorded as 6'0yea, 0'nay, 1 absent.
Board President opened the meeting with a statement that "This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for public participation during the 'Public Comment' portion of the meeting." The board recognized Business Manager Kim Worden for her role in preparing the audit.
Superintendent Leach told the board the audit's positive result "triggered an additional $1,000 stipend for all staff." The board made the approval part of regular business and moved promptly to remaining agenda items.
