Board moves to closed session on personnel; returns and adjourns

After the closed session, Monica Shelton moved to return to open session with support from Chad Whiteaker. The roll call on return recorded that Shelly Canterbury had left during the closed session; the other recorded votes were yes, and the board returned to open session at 7:58 p.m. The meeting was later adjourned on a motion by Shelton supported by Villarreal at 8:00 p.m.
