Montabella board approves first reading of broad policy updates

The package included policies such as PO 3122 (nondiscrimination), PO 3362 (nondiscrimination/anti‑harassment), PO 4162 (controlled substance and alcohol policy), PO 7540.02 (digital content and accessibility), PO 8300 (continuity of organizational operations), and PO 2412 (homebound instruction), among others.
The motion to approve the first reading was made by board member Timothy Eldred and seconded by Erica Vincent; the board recorded a unanimous vote to advance the policies. The items were presented as a first reading; further review or final adoption will follow the board’s policy process and any required public notice.
