Montabella Board elects Eylie Foster president, installs officers for 2026

At its Jan. 19 organizational meeting, the Montabella Community Schools Board unanimously re-elected Eylie Foster as president and approved Scott Parks as vice president, Ivan Renne as secretary, Erica Vincent as treasurer and Shelly Millis as deputy secretary.
The Montabella Community Schools Board of Education unanimously approved Eylie Foster as board president during its organizational meeting Jan. 19, 2026, at the Jr./Sr. High Cafeteria in Blanchard. The nomination of Foster was made by board member Timothy Eldred and seconded by Erica Vincent.
A subsequent slate of officers was approved for 2026: Scott Parks as vice president, Ivan Renne as secretary, Erica Vincent as treasurer and Shelly Millis as deputy secretary. The motion to approve those appointments was made by Timothy Eldred and seconded by Ivan Renne; all votes recorded were unanimous.
Board members said the appointments set leadership for the coming year as the board moves into routine business including policy reviews and budget planning. The meeting record shows voice roll-call votes for each motion with a 7–0 tally.
