Board hears bond plan from Plante Moran Realpoint and approves Series 1 bond sale proposal

Kevin Donnelly of Plante Moran Realpoint presented an overview of PMR's scope of services and a bond implementation action plan for the district's bond program. Dr. Gary Kinzer introduced the presentation and board members asked questions about procurement and next steps for bond projects identified in the 2025 bond program overview.
Following the presentation the board voted to approve the 2026 School Building and Site Bond Sale, Series 1 proposal. The roll call recorded Lacy Harding, Liz Evans, Matt Bennett, Steve Duane, Amy Lark, Bryan Droscha and Christopher Mumby as voting yes; the motion carried 7-0.
