Staff recommend $32,300 Collard Drive parking bid; board to consider Feb. 19

Jennifer McKay, the district’s Executive Director of Business and Finance, reported the bid results for the Collard Drive parking log-clearing project and recommended awarding the work to Teltow Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $32,300.00. McKay told the board the payment source would be the 2025 Capital Projects account (bond funds) and that formal approval would be sought at the Feb. 19, 2026 regular meeting.
No motion or vote was taken on the award at the informational meeting; McKay presented the bid tabulation and a recommendation for the board’s consideration at the upcoming regular meeting. "recommendation to award the bid to the lowest bidder, Teltow Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $32,300.00," McKay reported to the board.
