The Marysville Public Schools Board of Education approved its consent grouping during the Nov. 20 regular meeting, authorizing General Fund payments dated Nov. 20, 2025, and related finance reports. The minutes list General Fund checks #220006519–#220006624 totaling $757,619.65 and an electronic payment of $547,649.80 for a combined $1,305,269.45, excluding payroll. The consent motion was made by Barry Kreiner and supported by Colleen Dodson; the minutes record the motion as carried.
Director of Business & Finance Jennifer McKay presented the monthly finance reports and requested a Building & Site Fund payment to Peter Basso Associates, Inc. (check #550) for $1,375 for glycol replacement work at Morton Elementary and Marysville High School. The board approved the payment as part of the consent items. "The Board approved the payments as presented," the minutes state. The record shows the consent vote recorded as ayes (6) and nays (0). The minutes include an attendance roll call noting one member absent earlier in the meeting; the official minutes contain an apparent inconsistency in which a member listed as absent appears among the recorded ayes (see audit).
