(Membrane Roofing) $311,535; Genesis Painting, LLC $78,010; Casework (CPM Construction) $0 (previously included); LG2, LLC (Operable Partition) $300,506; D.C. Byers Company (Flooring) $21,950; Kalamazoo Mechanical, Inc. (Mechanical & Plumbing) $458,164; Prime Quality Electric (Electrical & Fire Alarm) $26,069. As recorded, the roll call vote showed ayes from all seven board members.
Board minutes state contracts will be awarded by Lakeshore Public Schools upon receipt by Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. of the appropriate documentation confirming requirements of the contract documents have been met.
The authorization is procedural: it allows the construction manager to issue Notices of Pending Awards; final contracts depend on submission of required paperwork and district confirmation.
