The Lakeshore Board of Education voted unanimously on Dec. 8 to rate Superintendent Gregory Eding "Effective" for the 2025 year following a closed-session evaluation.
The board moved into closed session under Public Act 267 of 1976, Section 8(1)(a) for the purpose of the superintendent evaluation; the board entered closed session at 5:56 p.m. and reentered open session at 6:55 p.m. The motion to adopt the evaluation rating—moved by Jason Beckrow and supported by Jessica Bigley—passed on a roll call vote with all seven board members recorded as voting yes.
