The Court also approved several internal transfers between reserve and operating line items, including moving $7,913.47 from a reserve account to specific departmental line items and reallocating $11,683.26 through reserve accounts into asphalt, rock, materials, and salt & cinders. Motions were made by Esquire Kevin McManis and seconded by Esquire Carl Tingle and carried unanimously.
