"Ms. McKay shared the findings of the Marysville High School Mechanical Upgrade Bid with a recommendation to award the Bid to Goyette Mechanical Company, the lowest bidder, in the amount of $1,598,000.00," McKay said during the meeting. Doug Underwood of McCarthy and Smith was present to answer questions about the bidding and scope of work.
The award was included in the consent grouping approved by the board later in the evening. The meeting record lists the mechanical upgrade payment source as the 2025 capital projects account. The board did not debate the item separately on the record; it was approved as presented in the consent agenda.
