Ann Murphy moved approval of the consent agenda and Jessica Totty seconded the motion. Voting recorded six yeas and one absence (Laurie Oldford). The consent agenda also bundled several routine items and recognitions; the board treated these as noncontroversial and moved them in a single vote.
No citizens spoke during public comment, and the meeting continued with the business agenda after the consent vote.
